The newly developed ANTWINCH ATTA 5S boat winch from the German company WINCH Industry GmbH was created from years of customer contact and expertise as operators of one of the most well-known platforms for rope winches. We know how to push uncompromising quality to the limit, which is why we designed a compact and waterproof rope winch specifically for boat launching.
We draw inspiration from nature’s forms. The Asian water ant lives in close symbiosis with pitcher plants. This species of ant can emerge from water reservoirs, staying underwater for several minutes at a time, lifting many times its own body weight.

Waterproof according to IP68
The winch is sealed on both the motor and gearbox sides according to the IP68 classification, making it waterproof. Even full submersion of the winch for a short period is not a problem. This winch is at home in water!
WIDE RANGE Remote Control
With dedicated remote controls, operating the winch outside the danger zone is no problem, ensuring dry feet. Did the remote fall in the water? No problem – you receive two remote controls with every delivery, so you always have a working backup.
Boat Winch with Synthetik Rope
Choosing a plastic rope prevents corrosion problems compared to steel cables. The waterproof synthetic rope floats on the water’s surface, keeping it visible while avoiding entanglement with unseen objects below the waterline.
The rope length is an extra-long 15.2 meters and extra thick at 5.4mm!

With a speed of 7 meters per minute, boat launching is not only effortless but also faster compared to other winches.
Compact
The ANTWINCH ATTA 5S is particularly light and compact, making it the perfect choice for mounting on a trailer. The ideal balance between pulling power and maximum trailer load was calculated.
Powerful
Despite its light weight, the winch delivers a strong performance with 2.3 tons of pulling force in the first layer. Thanks to the three-stage planetary gear and improved translation, the power is reliably and efficiently transferred.
Easy Installation
The package includes a mounting plate and a complete screw set for attaching the winch. The control box can be attached directly to the motor side of the winch, if necessary.
Operating Safety
Mistakes in operation can happen. Maximum operational safety is ensured by the automated SECURE-LOCK braking system, which secures heavy loads without human intervention. The control box includes a high-performance relay that protects against current spikes up to 215A.
