High performance polyethylene (hppe) fibers are among the most robust fibers available. HPPE cables have been used for years, especially for boats and in industry. We offer HPPE harnesses which can replace standard choker chains. They are made of HPPE rope and have a diameter of 10 mm and a minimum breaking strength of 69 kN. They are extremely lightweight, strong and durable. Three 6 mm chain links and a 30 cm pin at the end allow them to be slid under logs or pushed into the opening of the pulling cone and mounted on a flat hook. A splice forms a long eye at the other end and is used to throttle the load.
