The 5-meter leader rope, which is pulled onto the winch, is made of non-combustible and impregnated material with a thickness of 9 mm. Then follows the almost seamless transition to the Novoleen® rope (rope breaking load 8800 daN) with a length of 33 meters. One side is fitted with a cable lug for secure attachment to the electric winch. The other side is provided with a stainless steel thimble.
