Internally lubricated for reliable performance and exceptionally long life.
Compact, hardened and highly efficient gear trains reduce power loss and are placed inside the drum.
Patented multi-disc brake (mdb) and two-way counterbalance valve together to hold full load.
Normal load capacity is indicated on the top layer of the wire rope. It always lifts its rated load regardless of which layer of wire rope it is.
The drum is sized to achieve a minimum D/d ratio of 18:1 with a minimum safety factor of 5:1 at the rated load.
The winch meets the requirements of fem9.511 for classification and grading and fem 1001 standard for hoist calculations.

Nominal load:
Load and speed vary depending on how much wire rope is on the drum. The first layer of rope on the drum provides the slowest speed. The total wire rope on the drum may vary from the values given elsewhere and the maximum load. A full drum provides the maximum speed and minimum load. For this reason, all hydraulic hoist winches are rated at their top layer of wire rope on the drum.
Leave two layers free below the top of the drum flanges to comply with European lifting regulations.

NOTE:

1. All specifications are based on the 1st layer of wire rope. Each layer unwound increases the lifting capacity by 10%
2. Use a pulley for double hoist to increase lifting capacity by approx. 85
3. Lifting capacities are based on one lifting load. 15% is allowed for friction (specific applications may vary)
