The GENERGY BORNEO RC/SOL/ATS 19000W combines high electrical output with flexible voltage, starting and control options. This petrol-powered inverter generator delivers up to 19,000 watts of maximum output and 18,000 watts of rated output. Its integrated voltage selector allows the operator to choose between single-phase 230 V and three-phase 400 V operation.

Unlike conventional three-phase generators whose total output may be divided across the phases, the BORNEO is specified by the manufacturer to provide its full rated output in either its 230 V or 400 V operating mode. This makes it suitable for demanding single-phase loads as well as compatible three-phase equipment.

Professional generator for DJI Agras drones

GENERGY lists the BORNEO RC/SOL/ATS 19000W as a power solution for professional DJI Agras agricultural drones, particularly the DJI Agras T50, T70 and T100. Its high rated output and selectable 230 V or 400 V operation allow high-power agricultural drone chargers to be supplied directly in the field.

The exact drone, battery and charger must always be considered when selecting the required connection arrangement. The DJI C10000, for example, uses two separate single-phase inputs. The DJI C12000 is designed for a high-output three-phase supply.

Inverter power for demanding equipment

The BORNEO processes its electrical output through an inverter system. According to GENERGY, this provides a high-quality power supply with very low harmonic distortion. Regulated power is particularly important for modern battery chargers, electronic control systems and other demanding electrical loads.

The suitability of any connected device must nevertheless be verified against its individual voltage, frequency, power, connection and manufacturer requirements.

Full specified output at 230 V or 400 V

The integrated voltage selector determines whether the generator operates in single-phase 230 V mode or three-phase 400 V mode. The manufacturer specifies the following output in either operating mode:

Frequency: 50 Hz

The correct operating mode must be selected before connecting any load. Switching between 230 V and 400 V modes does not mean that both supply configurations can be used simultaneously without regard to the manufacturer’s operating instructions.

RC, SOL and ATS control options

RC – Remote Control

In addition to recoil and electric starting, the BORNEO is designed for remote starting and stopping using the intended remote-control system.

SOL – Solar Support

The dry contact allows the generator to be integrated into suitably configured photovoltaic and battery-storage systems. The installation and control logic must be compatible with the inverter or energy-management system concerned.

ATS – Automatic Transfer Switch

The generator has an interface for automatic control during a mains failure. A complete automatic standby-power installation requires suitable switching equipment and a professionally designed electrical installation. External ATS equipment is only included if expressly listed in the scope of delivery.

Connections to the public mains, standby-power systems or photovoltaic installations must be designed and installed by appropriately qualified professionals in accordance with the technical documentation and applicable electrical regulations.

70-litre tank for extended operation

The large petrol tank has a capacity of 70 litres. GENERGY specifies the following consumption and operating-time figures depending on electrical load:

at 25% load: 5.2 l/h and up to 13.5 hours
at 50% load: 6.9 l/h and up to 10.2 hours
at 75% load: 8.7 l/h and up to 8 hours

Actual consumption and operating time may vary with load profile, operating conditions, temperature, altitude, fuel quality and maintenance status.

ECO mode adjusts engine speed to the connected load. GENERGY states that fuel savings of up to 30% may be achieved under suitable operating conditions.

GENERGY SGS1000PRO EURO V engine

The generator is powered by an air-cooled GENERGY SGS1000PRO 999 cc four-stroke OHV petrol engine. The manufacturer identifies the engine as a EURO V version designed to provide reliable performance in demanding applications.

The specified engine-oil capacity is 2.5 litres, using SAE 10W-40 oil. The current operating and maintenance manual remains authoritative.
